2003 Chevrolet Malibu Car Acclerates Parked Rpm Past 3 Got Idle Control

My car acclerates when I am parked, the RPM goes up past 3. I got a idle control cylinoid and a TPS placed on my car yesterday. An hr later it was doing the same thing. Any suggestions what else could make make car accelerate when I am not even pressing on the gas? Thanks!!!

A big vacuum leak could do that.Do you have any trouble codes in the computer?
