Source of squealing

2003 Impala squealing following half shaft replacement. Low speed, forward only, no change with speed or applying or releasing brakes.

check the shields around the front hub and around the inner cv joint area.

That is what it was. I straightened it out and cleaned everything up for good measure and its just fine.
