Cruise control blinks on and off

Hey there I have a problem with a 03 Chevy impala 168k miles. Cruise control blinks on and off fan blower and AC stop working what can this be be any help will be thank full.

I know it has to do something with the ignition switch.

The light blinks because the system is malfunctioning, scan the body controller to check the codes and go from there. Check fuses first.
