2003 Chevrolet Impala Drivers Side Electric seat

My drivers side seat wants to move when trying to adjust, but only on the left glide. The right glide will not move. This forces the chair to try and turn to the right, but stops after less than a 1/4". Any clues?

is it a power seat? you may have a cable broken or the track is broken or something stuck in it. same for manual seat.
