My Chevy Impala is slightly clunking in front suspension when I brake, accelerate, turn or drive on uneven pavement. I replaced ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bar links and bushings, but it did not go away. Wheel bearings and drive axles checked OK. All joints on subframe, e.G. Body pads, control arms bushings, steering rack bolts, etc, seem tight. What could be the reason?

A motor or transmission mount may be bad. When you brake, accelerate, etc, the engine/tranny rotates on the mounts due to torque and g-forces. If the rubber has failed or a bracket has broken, it'll make this noise.

Struts can do it as well, and with 132.000 miles, one of em could be dead.
