Didn't understand your question? Banks 2 and 4? What were the actual code numbers?

For the last three months I have been getting around 350 km per tank down 150 from the 500 I use to get and all things in terms of basic tune up are up to par and maintained regularly. Thanks for your quick response!
Did the link work? Our database didn't show a P0174 in MOD. I found the code elsewhere, it said bank two is lean, bank two should be cylinders 2--4--6. If the computer thanks the system is running lean for some reason, it will add gas.

Sorry about that, they are still working on the site. Sometimes if you type the address into your address box and hit enter, it may work? The info is below.

It may not be running lean at all. Maybe for some reason, the computer thinks it is running lean?

ThAnks! Are there any other things that can contribute to bad gas mileage that I could also go over? Is the k & n air filter any good? Could this be the problem?

I'd use an oem air filter. It can use more gas with increased airflow.
Fuel injector leak-- pressure regulator leaking, where applicable. I didn't look to see if you had a returnless fuel system, no return line.
