Replaced starter,replaced neutral switch and starter will not attemp to turn the motor over;whT COULD BE THE PROBLEM.

Cross the battery terminal on the starter motor and the small terminal with a screwdriver-did the starter engage the engine?

I crossed the battery terminal and engine starts fine.

At the NSS remove it and have a helper hold key in cranking position and check for power on the pink wire let me know and be patient if it has power swap the starter relay with a like one and see what happens-let me know

There is no power going to the wire to the solenoid.

What solenoid are you talking about? I'm talking about the NSS pink wire-not on the starter
