2003 Express front axle half-shaft

2003 CHEVROLET EXPRESS
V8 • AWD • AUTOMATIC

Had to replace front half-shaft-- hard to find.
Rebuilder said never seen one like it. He had to use cv parts from Toyota. Axle has cv joint on both ends. How do I find builder so I can get parts?
