corvette overheating

2003 CHEVROLET CORVETTE

My vette started to overhead while going through a drive-thru. I checked the fluid, OK. So, I changed the thermostat. Still overheating. I changed the water pump and It's still overheating. What's the deal? I have a c5 2003 covette. 5.7L

Yes. It has two cooling fans and they are both on by 230 degrees.

yes! I have gotten it to 253. The car was running great! I already checked out all of the other fluids.

Well that leaves insufficant radiator function . See if RAD is cooler on bottom may need infared temp tool
