I noticed when I drive up hill my gas gauge drops. Then the reserve light comes on. Once I level out the gauge jumps back up. How can I correct this for my gas gauge?

Put more gas in the tank. When the car is not level, the gas runs to one side away from the float for the sending unit, so it's going to drop. That doesn't mean it's switching to a reserve tank. The light just means you're down to the last few gallons.
