2003 Chevrolet Cavalier Car Squeaks While Running Sounds Duck You Turn Off

My car squeaks while running and sounds like a duck when you turn it off. The engine was replaced the winter of 2007 and has been doing it ever since but when a diagnostic is performed nothing is wrong. Do you know what it could be and how I can fix it?
