My car all at once sounded like was having a tire going flat then all at once ot started missing and noise.but when u get up speed it go away then start back with noise.seems too have good power

To me it sounds like you may have a CV axle that is going out. But I would jack the front of the car up and spin the front tires to see if you have a separation of the tread in the tires.

If the tires are okay here is how to remove the CV axles so you can check the CV joints. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
