Start by checking the battery connnection and the ignition switch.

2003 Chevrolet Cavalier car guages go off and on while driving
Yes I checked the battery, just installed a new one and had a used cluster installed too. Not sure what I need to do to check ignition switch? Can u tell me more about the switch?
