2003 Chevrolet Blazer Parked 03 Chevy Now T Get Out Park

check btsi fuse #25 in underhood fuse block. your shift interlock may not be working. lookon the piece i have in pointed out in pic if there is a little plasteic pieceonit to the right of shifter that looks removable pop itoff, then stick a screwdriver down there an dpush a little you may see a button there. that shold release the cr from park but sounds like you need your shift interllock checked. also if you take that piece off you shold see a silver button to push with your hand to remove vehicle from park.
