2003 Cadillac SLS just stopped working

A number of features stopped working all at the same time; no trunk or gas cap release, no alarm system activation, no automatic door lock and unlock, no sunroof activation, no power to interior lights or cigarette lighter. Checked fuses all in good shape.

Check fuse box under laft rear seat?

Yes all fuses are good, I'm thinking it might be a circuit board not sure if it's worth fixing don't know how hard and/or expensive it is to change.

Not sure what to do none of thoes systems has any common power soyrce or ground???
