2003 Cadillac Seville, windshield washer is not working. Fuse is good, replaced washer motor, there is power getting to it and the ground is also fine. What else could it be? The washer motor is not coming on when the button is pushed. Could it be the button on the inside of the car is bad and needs to be replaced? Power only shows when the button is pushed.
I don't think that there is a blockage, because the motor isn't kicking on at all.
Help me.

Did you try powering the motor directly? Was the motor new?

the switch is sending power youll need to check the ground.use a jumper wire and test light to reground the ground wire at connecter.hook the jumper to ground and the test light.then probe the connecter.if still nothing the motor is bad.
