This is an exhaust question
My 2003 cadillac deville is letting out white smoke when I acclerate hard and when I press the gas lightly in park..I don't think its coolant getting in because I never have to fill the coolant back up, its level remains the same since six months ago..and I forgot to mention my exhaust has a really strong smell too but it dosent smell like gas, just strong exhaust

white smoke is coolant burning from a head gasket.

have a leak down test done just to confirm if the head gaskets are still good

Just as ASE Master said, there must be a leakage that is causing the combustion to take place and release white smoke. When you accelerate, the combustion takes place at a higher rate releasing the white smoke.
You might not notice the leakage because it is from the inside. But you should take your car for a check
