How to remove headlight covers on a 2003-07 Cadillac CTS to buff them out?

Headlight covers are hazy and need buffing.

just get one of the kits that 3m makes, seems to work the best for me, youlll need a drill to work it.put tape around area to be cleaned so not get stuff on paint. that should btake care of it, no need to remove headlights.
