2003 Cadillac Cts Last Week Car Been Losing Performance Now Driving M Speed

in the last week my car has been losing performance. now when I am driving and I'm going any speed, if I give it more gas to speed it up like to get out in traffic, the rpmS go down and lose horsepowerlike its slowing down. any suggestion? fuel filter, mufvler, catalytic converter?
