2003 Cadillac Cts Car Takes Alil While Take Off Transmission Straining Load

My car takes alil while to take off as if the transmission is straining with the load,when I floor it its as if its just reviving up the engine but once it gets going its find.also off and on the transmission makes a weird noise,can you help me.

Check the transmission fluid level and condition if both okay-bring it in and have it pressure tested by a transmission specialty shop-start here

Well I put on the computer but I was told there was no code but I didn't get pressure tested yet. And happy holidays as well.
