I have only had the car for about a month. A week or so ago I noticed the car starting to shake when accelerating. Its when you barely give it gas the whole car vibrates. It doesnt matter what speed you are at either. You could be driving 20 miles per hour and barely put pressure on the gas and get this vibration. The same goes if you are driving 60. It either doesnt do it, or I just cant notice it when I accelerate hard. When I let off the gas the shaking stops. What could this possible be?

Check the motor mounts and engine torque struts, make sure the mounts are tight and not torn or collapsed. Make sure the torque struts are tight and bushings are good.
It could also be an alignment problem (toe).

Raise car, put on stands and check front wheels for any horizontal or vertical movement, which would indicate a suspension problem (ball joints, control arm, tie rod ends etc).

Scan the PCM for any engine misfires.

Did you end up finding out what was wrong with your car? Was it the motor mounts or something else?
