2003 Buick Regal Wondering ECM Bad Car Will Start Sometimes Cuts Off Dashboard

Wondering if my ECM is bad. The car will start sometimes but cuts off, The dashboard lights and gages flicker. Sometimes it will run but service engine light stays on. Or will start but anti lock brake light is on and I cannot shift in to any gear. Are there other things I should check before ECM? Thanks.

You should start with a scan for trouble code. Check all fuses underhood and underdash to see if any are blown.
