How to remove torn spark-plug boots from the rear or firewall side spark plugs? A tune up on the car has not been done for 100,000 miles and the spark-plug boots a really frozen on the spark plugs. How does one get the boots off?

if you can reach it cut them off as you have to replace them anyhow. you can get a small screwdriver around them after a cut and peell them off that way. or if you have pliers , grasp them and twist and see if they will come off like that.
