when I turn on my car it sometimes needed a jump but now it wont stay on. Ive replaced the altinator and purchased a new battery . It started right away but as soon as I drove down the block it turned off again. could it be that my fuel pump may be clogged.

not starting with a jump.. what is the voltage at the battery with the engine running??
