Hello,
First check the fuse for the wiper. There are two fuses one for the switch and other for the wiper motor, located in the under-hood fuse box. Should be number 2 and 3.

If the fuses are good and there is power from the fuse, check to see if the wiper motor getting the power. If there is no power at the wiper motor connector then it is a wiring issue.

If there is power to the motor, then it is likely a bad motor and need to be replaced.
