The passenger side windshield wiper works and the driver side doesn't. You can move the blade with your hand. The wiper motor works because the passenger side come on when I turn the car on. How do I check and replace the driver side arm or blade?

It sounds like the arm is at fault. Either the arm lifts a few inches from the windshield, and a metal pawl near the pivot slides out and unlocks the arm from the splines, or there is a pivot bolt under a trim cap at the pivot.
