2003 Buick Lesabre Find Power Steering Res Wanted Check Much Fluid There

I cant find the power steering res. I wanted to check to see how much fluid is in there. I look online and they say it is in the back on the passanger side...but I dont see it unless it is under that plastic cover. if you can can you send me a picture?

this is all we have and it's part of pum p if not correct just look there will be a cap to check the fluid.
