CAR STALLS WHEN GOING DOWN THE ROAD. EVERYTHING GOES OUT - LIGHTS AND ALL GAUGES. USUALLY WILL START RIGHT BACK UP.

Hard to say what's causing it but if its me I'll start with the ignition switch.
