Just changed spark plugs, oil & fliter, trany & fliter, and the o2 sensor. Going down highway it will start to stumble on hard acceleration. Did not do it before

Check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. Also clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. I am assuming check engine light is not on. If it is scan for codes. Should be 52-59 psi key on only

Buick Century throttle position sensors are one of the most common things I replace when you have a mid-throttle hesitation. The check engine rarely comes on is why it's so hard for the average person to diagnose. The photo below is a 2003 Century with only 77k miles and the mid-range dip is due to a bad TPS. I used an Autotap program on a Dell laptop to catch it. Replacing the sensor instantly restored it to "like new" performance.
