2003 Buick Century Get Oil Pan Off Change Pump Would Knock Sensor Cause Pump

What do I have to do to get oil pan off to change the oil pump? And would a knock sensor cause the oil pump to stop pumping oil to the lifters?

no, knock sensor has no effect on the oil pump.
