I have a 2003 buick century. Every once in a while, the car will shut down when I am driving. No power, no steering, all dash lights come on just as they do when I 1st starting the car. I can restart the car in park or neutral and drive the car in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear, but if I put it back in drive, the engine will shut down again. After the car has set for couple of hours, the problem will go away. I have changed the fuel filter and use a fuel system cleaner once a month, but I still have this problem about once a month.
