i have a 2003 buick century my heater core is not leaking but my heat or ac does not come on at all but my rear defrost button works for the rear window but sometimes i was able to hit a bump on the road and sometimes it would come on but stop after a couple of times and now it does nothing at all

have the blower motor checked as it may be the failure.
