2003 Buick Century AC/fans relays

It started with only highest fan working when it started messin up now it dont work on highest but I can still here switch tick when I turn nob so since fans where still not working I changed all 3 relay fuses now fan works but no air is coming out hot or cold and car has never over heated Can you tell me whats wrong or what to replace to fix issue?

It sounds like a bad blower motor resister. Have you checked that?

No I havent but both my fans are working does that matter? And how can I check it?

Can you tell me in few steps how to replace it I bought a new one today is it outside or inside blower or does it just sit there? Please and thank you

I believe this one is on the HAVC box under the dash facing the passenger. There should only be two screws that hold it in place and the wiring harness will need removed to replace it.

Let me know if that is where your's is located.
