My windscreen washer pipe has become disconnected at the back of the engine how can I reconnect it

You would need to rmove anything that is preventing access to reconnect it.

I am unable to see where the pipe is I have one end of it but the end that comes out of the bulkhead I have no idea where it is can you tell me where to look/

Our database does not have the layout of the hoses and there actually 3 hoses for the washer system. Front, rear and headlight.

You need to verify which system this is for and the hose that you have, is it leading to the washer tank or away from it.
