BMW M3 E46 climate control vents

Hi, my climate control seems to work fine, but it will not blow any air out of the vents by my feet. It heats and cools as it should, defrosts as it should, but I can't get any air to come out by my feet. Any ideas??? Thanks

internal flappers, possibly one of the cables came off the flap. If your really lucky, its just crap like leaves or something else in there. Have you changed the cabin air filter? If not, hopefully you'll find something in there clogging it up.
