some times it doesnt smoke and other times when you press the gas you will hear a slight nok in the engine and lots of white smoke comes out of the tail pipes

It could be the crankcase vent valves require replacement

If it is not the crankcase vents it is the valve stem seals 2002-2006 year models are know for the seals failing prematurly..
