2003 Bmw 318i Turn On Car Engine Start Vibrating Run Stable Rpm Fixed Varying

When i turn on the car the engine start vibrating and the run of the engine is not stable and the rpm is not fixed and it is varying in between 0.5 and 1 and the vibration of the engine is making all the car vibrating and still like that if you run slowly but when you accelerate to the speed over 20 kmph the vibration dissaperaed.
Need to know what could be the reasons of this trouble.

The motor mounts and transmission moutns could be bad. They must be replaced all at the same time or the new mounts will faill very quickly.
