2003 Acura Tl Hi That Having Turn Wipers On They Wont Off Adjust Speeds

Hi I have a 2003 Acura TL and the problem that I am having is that when I turn the wipers on they wont turn off or adjust speeds they will only stop when I turn off the engine (they will stay off once I turn the engine back on when its in the off position).Please help me fix this problem.

Probably a faulty wiper combination switch.
