2003 Acura MDX Malfunction an VTM-4 lights

I changed the battery and now theMalfunction and VTM-4 lights are on, they were not on before. I did have a battery arc and had to replace the battery and radio fuse. s there another fuse possably or just need to wait and drive it untill all codes and sensors reset?

Something is wrong somewhere and the first thing you need to do is to retrieve the trouble codes and proceed from there. Let us know the EXACT code and we shall see what needs to be done.
