spark plugs have a white look to them

I have an 2003 Acura EL 1.7 burns 1L of oil every 1200-1500km. Plugs are crusty white and comp test was good.

Comps may be good but the oil control rings may be poor, also worn valve stem seals and worn valve guides will also cause oil burning, is there any signs of oil in the air filter?
