2003 Acura CL won't do anything?

My daughter drove home from work. 8.7 miles. After about forty five minutes later the car not only would not start. It acted like there was no battery. Turn the key to the on position and nothing works. Start position, same thing. Car seems to have no electrical power although battery is good and fully charged.
