It will fit, but there are things you will need to change. For example, the mounts are different. Also, you will need to replace the wiring harnesses, vacuum harnesses, PCM, and TCM for the new powertrain, the exhaust, and it will likely become a nightmare. Sorry, I don't mean to discourage you. I just want you to be aware of what you are getting into.
Nearly every time I have seen something like this done, there is always something that causes a problem. Usually, people get them running, but something will cause it to fail emissions or some other issue. Unless you are taking everything from one truck and reinstalling it into the new truck, it is difficult.
