2002 volvo, good condition. Front driver side tire keeps teaing apart... third time in 2 months. Any advice?

Have the front end inspected and aligned.

Worn steering or suspension part or it's badly out of alignment. Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop. For three tires to scrub off you had plenty of warning leading up to the failures. Keep an eye on the tire wear to see which edge it's scrubbing off. Also note if the car pulls to either side when you let go of the steering wheel and whether the steering wheel is off-center. A more serious clue is if the steering wheel position or pull changes while driving.
