2002 Volvo C70 Rear Window On Passenger Side Will Only Lower Down Button

The rear window on the passenger side will only lower with the "all up/down" button on the driver's door. The individual switches in the back seat and on the driver's door will raise the window but not lower it. Is there a relay somewhere?

I would suspect a bad master switch or bad ground wire
Check driver door jam wiring harness
