Radiator fan comes on even when engin is cold

My VW Polo Classic 1.8 radiator fan comes on irregular. Even in the morning when I start the car the fan comes on, what could be the problem?

Check and test the coolant temperature sensor/switch and fan relay

My car is polo petrol1.2 2013 model. problem is that my car radiator fan switch on automatically even when car is locked.
