2002 VW Jetta - Seat Belt

I have a 2002 VW Jetta and this weekend we were driving down the road and heard this noise next to the driver side seatbelt. It is now broken and does not retract. I was wondering if this is an easy fix. Can I get a used part from a junk yard or do I have to get this fixed at the dealership. Thank you for your time.

Seat belts are not repairable and you should never use second hand belts as there is no way of knowing if they have been over stressed in a previous accident, get new and stay safe.
