why doesnt my car get the 3rd gear?

I rescently put some transmission fluid in it, because it was not changing right. after a few runs suddenly it diesnt get the third gear. Please I need some help asap. Thnk u

You sure its up to the level mark and fluid clean-might try changing the filter and see what happens
