Where is the horn relay located in this vehicle?

The horn does not work and we are trying to locate the relay it to replace it on our own if possible.

Same problem, I know it's the horn 'cuz when I press the button one of the horns blows, but it's too weak to be both of them. Where do I find it? I pulled the two upper engine shrouds but couldn't find it. It must be either in front of the radiator behind the grill or underneath the car.
