my car was impact for another vehicle, so have broken partial the mirror (glass and shell) keeping just the base and electrical cord.

To remove it, you need to remove the inner door panel to access the mounting bolts. Once there, remove the bolts, disconnect the power supply and switch it with the new mirror.
