were is the relay for the a/c?

The a/c is fully charged and the controls say its on but not working at all.

Is the compressor turning ON?

Do the radiator fans spin when you turn the A/C ON?

Can you feel the difference between hot & regular cold air?

Maybe your "blend door" is not moving correctly?
